- July 27th: Masquerade registration deadline
- July 31st: Gofer (Volunteer) registration deadline
- August 1st: Hall Costume Contest registration deadline
- August 1st: Fashion Show Model & Stylist application deadline
- August 3rd: Press & Industry registration deadline
- August 8th: Last day to pre-register at the $95 full weekend rate
- August 9th: Doors open for Pre-registered badge pickup only (no events)
- August 10th-12th: Otakon!!
- August 13th: Start on cosplay for Otakon 2019
